Dr Nirmal Kumar Singha has completed MBBS from and (2 years) - Post graduate Diploma in Child Health Assam Medical college, Dibrugarh, A.F.I.H-from RLI, Kolkata. Dr Singha worked in Central P.S.U Hospital (HPC Ltd.) Jagiroad, Assam, for 22 Years up to the position of Sr. Medical Officer. He worked as a Clinician and looked after medical operations of the Hospital and later worked in Nemcare Hospital, Guwahati, as Dy. Medical Superintendent. Dr Singha worked in Apollo Hospitals, Guwahati as Dy. Medical Superintendent and looked after medical operations including patient care before joining ACCF.
